Vscan is rated IP33 i.e. it is protected against solid foreign objects of 2.5mm in diameter and bigger and against spraying water. To ensure water resistance of the device, all covers including the doors for USB and debug must be firmly closed. The Vscan Extend probe (submersible portion) is IPX7 i.e. it is protected against water up to 1m of submersion.
